Head Coach Collin Benjamin has revealed the Brave Warriors' 28-man provisional squad for the upcoming Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) 2025 qualifiers. Namibia is set to face Cameroon on 13 November 2024, followed by a clash against Kenya on 19 November 2024.

Despite being out of contention for AFCON qualification, the squad announcement has generated significant interest, particularly with the return of veteran forward Willy Stephanus. The in-form player, who has been the top goal-scorer in the Namibian Premier League for the past two seasons, is expected to add experience and firepower to the team.

Although Namibia can no longer qualify for AFCON 2025, the upcoming matches offer an opportunity to play for pride and make a statement on the international stage. The Brave Warriors will aim to restore some confidence and end their campaign on a high note.Coach Collin Benjamin will be looking to his experienced players, like Deon Hotto and Peter Shalulile, to lead the squad, while also providing valuable international exposure to emerging talents.
