Man rapes woman with disability

A man (52) was arrested this weekend in Okadhiya after allegedly raping a woman with a mental disability while she was sleeping. The victim reportedly shared a room with a nine-year-old boy, who ran out of the room during the attack and alerted the victim's father.

When the father got to the room, the alleged rapist had already fled. The man was arrested and due to appear in the Ondangwa Magistrate's Court on Monday.
