JUST IN: Public talk on cosmic rays this Thursday
The Franco-Namibian Cultural Centre (FNCC) and the Namibia Scientific Society are hosting a public talk by Mathieu de Naurois, an astronomer and the deputy director of HESS, on Thursday, 19 October.
De Naurois is a research director at the French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS) and a professor at the Ecole Polytechnique, specialising in very high-energy gamma-ray astronomy.
The talk will take place at the FNCC on Robert Mugabe Avenue and will start at 19:00.
