JUST IN: Ondangwa maintains status quo

Paavo Amwele has been re-elected as Ondangwa's mayor for the seventh consecutive year. Amwele will be deputised by Esther Auala. Other members of the management committee are Swapo’s Nikodemus Amadhila and the IPC’s Ericky Angula. Amwele in his acceptance speech urged council members to work hard to make 2023 a year of success. Magistrate Alice Gawanas presided over the elections.
