JUST IN: Hoze Riruako new paramount chief

Hoze Riruako has emerged as the elected Paramount Chief of the Ovaherero Traditional Authority (OTA) after a marathon Senate meeting. Riruako, a nephew of the late Kauima Riruaka stood for elections alongside politicians Mike Kaveketora and McHenry Venaani.
