Reaching for the stars

Beyoncé Haiyambo, performing under the name DJ Don Be, is gaining traction in the entertainment industry. She began refining her skills in August, under the guidance of her mentor, DJ Red. Haiyambo completed matric this year and has major plans for her entertainment career. She intends to perform many gigs this holiday season.

"This December, I plan on getting as many hours of practise as possible and focusing on mastering my craft," she said.

Apart from perfecting her skills, one of her future goals is to produce her own music.
