The Demolisher to meet Mwankenwa
Local middleweight boxer from the MTC Salute Boxing Academy, Lucas 'The Demolisher' Ndafoluma, is scheduled to trade leather with Tanzania's Meshack Mwankenwa for the WBO Africa Middleweight title on 11 April at the Windhoek Country Club Resort and Casino.
Ndafoluma will be in action once again after knocking out Malawian Charles Misanjo last December.
The boxer, who boasts 20 fights, 17 wins and three losses, said he is ready to take on the experienced Mwankenwa with a record of 29 fights, 20 wins, seven losses and two draws.
Other local fighters like Lazarus Namalombo, Anthony Jarman, Kasera Sirongo, Johannes Simon, Alpheus Shilongo and Albinius 'Danny Boy' Felesianu will also feature on the night.
General tickets to the boxing event cost N$100, while VIP tickets are N$250 and a table of 10 will go for N$20 000.
