TACs for 2017/18 fishing season endorsed

Cabinet has endorsed that the total allowable catch (TAC) for hake be set at 154 000 metric tonnes for the 2017/18 fishing season, which runs from 1 November 2017 to 30 September 2018. The TAC for rock lobster was set at 230 metric tonnes for the 2017/18 season, which runs from 1 November 2017 to April 2018. Photo Nampa/Reuters
