Short and sweet
The project consists of four good songs that will give any listener an introduction to the artist.

Although still unknown by many mainstream wise, singer Diolini dropped a distinguishable project last Friday.
The artwork, content, lyricism and overall delivery of ‘Relics of The Sun’ cannot be ignored once listened to. Diolini is super talented, and this project proved it.
The EP is unlike anything else out right now. It only has four songs, thus I have played it numerous times and after every listen, it becomes clearer that Diolini has the potential to have the majority of music consumers focused on her.
On this EP, she delivered beautiful music that gives the impression that she is bound to get noticed one way or another. ‘Relics of The Sun’ fully represents her aura and vibe. The artwork says it all.
Seamless
Another positive element worth mentioning is the seamless incorporation of the Khoekhoegowab language on songs like ‘Astrum’.
Moreover, she also selected good instrumentals which affirms that her ear for music is impeccable.
On production she worked with Devitchi, DJ Dreas and Shaeto, who really aided Diolini with well-polished beats.
However, the singer has been one to watch for a while now and that expectation for greatness from her is really our measurement. ‘Relics of the Sun’ is enjoyable, but feels like it’s missing something.
What something you ask? That’s the thing, we don’t know, but we feel it. Maybe it’s the lack of features which to a certain extent eliminates room for diversity.
But the good outweighs the drawbacks on this project, so praise to Diolini for putting out good music.
‘Relics of The Sun’ is available on all major streaming platforms.
