Parkade upgrade completed
Officially regarded as one of the highest parkades in Windhoek, the Alexander Forbes House parkade now hosts 350 parking bays following the addition of 168 bays over the past 12 months. Ohlthaver & List Group subsidiary, Broll Namibia – the owner and manager of the Alexander Forbes House - says Broll Namibia invested N$23 million in the upgrade. “This is one of the first parkades in Namibia that works with a traffic indicating system. The system indicates oncoming traffic around corners by way of a red and green light system. This allows a safe journey for users when driving up or down the parkade,” says the managing director of Broll Namibia, Marco Wenk. Photo Contributed
