The Desert Jewels of Namibia took 25 points yesterday in the Debmarine Namibia Netball Pent series yesterday after Kenya didn’t turn up for the match.

In the second match that was played Uganda beat Zambia 79-22. Before going to print Malawi beat Zimbabwe 48-24.

The rescheduled series is being played by host Namibia, Kenya, Malawi, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe. Namibia will face Zambia at 16:00 tonight.

Namibia will be in action today against Zambia, with the remaining matches against Malawi on Wednesday at 14:00 and Zimbabwe at 13:00. They will play then face Uganda on Friday at 13:00.
