Grand Tour trio spotted in Namibia
Jeremy Clarkson is in Namibia but where, nobody knows…. We do know they are shooting for their new GT series though.
A dispute between Jeremy Clarkson and the Top Gear producer not too long ago, turned for the worst when Clarkson's contract was not renewed. His co-hosts then followed him in leaving the show and ever since they have been talking up the Twittersphere about the new series they are busy with.
The trio finally unveiled details about the t- be-called “The Grand Tour” (or GT for short) and will be filmed around the world. Clarkson took to Twitter to ask fans if they would like their towns to be visited by the programme.
“So, the Grand Tour will come from a tent, which we will put up in a different location every week. Your town?” he wrote.
His message received more than 12 000 responses from Worcester to Sao Paulo. However, one location already signed up is Yorkshire.
“GT news. The only place where we will definitely be pitching our tent is Yorkshire. All three of us grew up there.”
Funny enough they ended up here and already they are having talks about shooting in the desert. The three are still very secretive of exactly where they would have started shooting or are shooting. “I'd love to name the first location for the Grand Tour. But by the time we are ready to tell everyone, we will be in a desert. No wifi,” said Clarkson.
If you spot them, let us know.
