Fistball fun in Swakopmund

The Bank Windhoek Coastal Fistball Indoor Classic will take place this Saturday, 14 May, in Swakopmund.
This will be the only indoor fistball tournament for the season and takes place at the Swakopmund Fistball Club indoor court.
The first match will kick off at 10:00.
Interesting matches are expected.
SFC is the only team practicing on an indoor court and they will hope to be strong enough to win the title.
Last year, SKW 1 won against SFC in the final. By winning the title year after year, SKW has proven that they are a tough team to beat on indoor court matches and they will be determined to retain the trophy.
Another favourite is the Cohen 1 team from CFC. After winning the opening tournament and showing strong performances in the league as well as being on top of the log one has to see how Cohen 1 will cope after losing one of their spikers Tristan Minz, who is off to Germany to study.
Because the tournament takes place on an indoor court, the rules are adjusted.
The tournament will be played on a round robin basis.
The team placed first after the round robin matches will face the fourth placed and the second placed plays against the third placed in a semi-final.
