First Lady, Shivute inspire

REFLECT ON SUCCESS: The Harold Pupkewitz Graduate School of Business and the Namibia University of Science and Technology NUST) recently teamed up with Namibia Media Holdings (NMH) to host an inspirational discussion by First Lady Monica Geingos and motivational speaker Sam Shivute. Geingos, a qualified lawyer and seasoned businesswoman, spoke on the topic of ‘Social Returns Versus Capital Returns’, while Shivute discussed ways to remain relevant in one’s chosen career path and develop one’s own formula for success. Currently serving as director of banking at the Bank of Namibia, Shivute specialises in areas such as leadership consulting, motivational teaching and life coaching. His rise from humble beginnings started as an assistant taxi driver.
