Feldmann takes the helm at TransNamib

The board of directors of TransNamib Holdings Ltd has announced that Michael Feldmann, former executive at operations, will take the lead at the parastatal as acting CEO. He replaces Hippy Tjivikua, who too was acting CEO and who will resume his position as executive for strategy and stakeholder management. The decision was made at a board meeting held on 25 April. According to a statement, "the decision to make a change regarding the position of acting CEO, is in line with the decision of the board's responsibility for succession planning at EXCO level."
