Diboh Pub & Car Wash caters for all
Diboh Pub & Car Wash is a lively multi-purpose facility located at the corner of Andrew Mogalie and Judika streets in Katutura.
After opening as just a bar and a car wash in 2015, they now boast an array of facilities including a bar, barbershop, mini-market, butchery, fish shop and car wash.
In an interview with tjil, owner George Haileka said initially the place was supposed to host a bar and a car wash, but over the years the demands from customers compelled him to add other amenities.
“When you start a business you have your own ideas, but as the business grows you will establish relationships with your clientele, and through this you will find out what their needs are, and you will cater to them; that's how we ended up offering so many services,” he said.
Haileka mentioned that what makes his facility stand out is the safety, good customer service and the fact that one can go there and pretty much do everything, from getting their car washed to having a haircut.
“We have our own security and they are well-armed and well-experienced. Our customer service has also been praised by our customers. They say they feel at home and this is how they end up recommending their friends and family to also visit Diboh Pub & Car Wash,” said Haileka.
He expressed gratitude for the support his business has received over the years, saying his loyal customers have made the place what it is today.
“When we started we were only three - two guys at the car wash and one barman - and today we have 22 employees; that's including myself,” he shared.
