Win for Delago-Luhl family

JUST IN: High court judge Thomas Masuku has granted citizenship to the son of Namibian Phillip Lühl and husband Guillermo Delgado. Yona and his twin sisters were born via surrogacy in South Africa. Judge Masuku also dismissed the counter application brought by the home affairs ministry in which the ministry claimed that a paternity test was needed to prove Lühl's biological relationship to his son. The ministry has been ordered to pay the costs of the applicants and have to issue the national documents within 30 days.
