Mukoya Eusebius empowers job seekers and businesses

Tony Brims
Mukoya Eusebius, also known as 'Mr Sebby,' has become a key figure in Windhoek, using his entrepreneurial spirit to support the success of others through his diverse services.

Since relocating to the city in 2015, he has made it his mission to help others succeed.

Sebi Investment CC is a multi-pronged company run by Eusebius from a copy shop in Babylon. Writing CVs and cover letters, printing T-shirts, laminating and taking passport photos are just a few of the services the company offers. Sebi Investment CC also provides security guard services and social media marketing.

Professional CVs are delivered in PDF format via email or WhatsApp.

For about N$50 per day, Sebi Investment CC also offers a cost-effective marketing service for business social media advertising, which can reach a sizable audience of 16 000 WhatsApp channel subscribers and 86 000 Facebook page followers.

Personal services

In 2020, Eusebius began posting job openings on WhatsApp and Facebook. Due to high demand, he also started offering an online CV creation service in 2022. In August 2023, he opened the shop to meet the need for a physical location.

Helping thousands of young Namibians find work is Eusebius' greatest accomplishment. Each week, he receives testimonials from individuals who found work thanks to his job advertisements.

"Helping others succeed is the key to your own success," he says.

Despite obstacles such as expensive data plans and poor phone connectivity and performance, Eusebius remains driven by his goal of assisting job seekers and providing affordable advertising.

At his copy shop, Eusebius intends to launch a free vacancy search service and help with job applications. In order to reach his audience, he urges businesses to post job openings via email ([email protected]) or WhatsApp (0817490622).
