Her diverse experience has equipped her with a strong understanding of organisational needs and the ability to work effectively with people. She emphasises the direct applicability of her skills in people management, communication and organisational development to her current position. Her background in Learning and Development provided expertise in training and development initiatives, while her HR experience strengthened her abilities in workforce planning, employee engagement and conflict resolution.Manica Group's reputation and commitment to employee growth were key factors in Justina’s decision to join the company.According to her, the role offers a balance of challenge and growth, allowing her to delve deeper into strategic HR while continuing her passion for people-focused initiatives.
