What I usually do to mitigate all of it is to simply reflect. Since the root of the problem is essentially just your mind being cluttered, this is optimal. By breaking everything up into pieces and remaining level-headed, you will notice a shift in productivity. Most importantly, stay close to God, and you are all set.
