Cirrus is pleased to announce the successful dual-listing of Koryx Copper Incorporated on the Namibian Securities Exchange under the symbol KYX, with trading to commence on April 10, 2025.

There will be no change to Koryx’s listing on the TSX Venture Exchange, which will remain the primary listing for Koryx’s common shares. The dual listing was announced on 10 April 2025 at the sixth annual Cirrus Inesvtor Conference, hosted in Swakopmund by Cirrus, where a bell ringing event saw Heye Daun, President and CEO of Koryx and

Tiaan Bazuin, CEO of the NSX, take the stage to express their excitement at this development and the Koryx project.

Heye Daun, President and CEO of Koryx Copper commented, “Koryx Copper’s dual listing on the Namibian Securities Exchange marks an important milestone which demonstrates our commitment to Namibia and its thriving mining sector and well developed capital markets,” Daun said.

The listing of Koryx would help local investors invest in the company, Daun said.

“We have a significant and highly supportive local Namibian shareholder base and this listing is intended to make it easier for local retail and institutional shareholders to invest in Koryx through on-market purchases or participation in future financings,” Daun said.

“It therefore not only deepens our connection with local investors but also underscores our confidence in Namibia as a premier mining jurisdiction. By expanding our shareholder

base and enhancing market liquidity, we are strengthening our foundation for long-term growth while ensuring Namibians have a direct stake in the country’s resource-driven prosperity,” he added.

Cirrus Securities, the sponsor of Koryx on the NSX, is pleased for another opportunity to work with Heye Daun and his team of experts following the success of Orino Resources Corp. during 2023 and 2024. Cirrus Securities is proud to bring another dual-listing to the NSX, which serves to bring depth, breadth, and diversification of offerings on the NSX – a key priority of the NSX which is supported by Cirrus Securities.

A capital raise is anticipated within the coming months, to be driven by Cirrus. In this process, a process of Koryx’s share register will be transferred to Transfer Secretaries in Namibia, a subsidiary of the NSX, to allow for ease of trading of the dual listed shares within Namibia.
