SHORT: NFA secretary general Siyauya dies

Namibia Football Association (NFA) secretary-general Charles Siyauya has passed away. NFA president Robert Shimooshili confirmed the news. Namibian Sun understands that Siyauya, a former Swapo Party Youth League (SPYL) secretary for information and mobilisation, was admitted to the hospital with a suspected heart complication. His sudden death comes as a shock, especially since he attended a meeting with Cosafa officials in Windhoek just on Sunday, a day prior to his sudden death. Siyauya (49) joined NFA in April 2024 on a five-year contract.
