The Ondangwa town council has announced that it will host its annual trade and exhibition event at the end of April, promising an event that will be bigger and better than ever before.

This is according to the town’s spokesperson, Petrina Shitalangaho-Mutikisha, who said this year’s event is expected to draw a lot of exhibitors.

Last year, around 250 exhibitors took part in the exhibition event, which was hailed as a success.

The 11th edition that will take place at the Ondangwa Trade and Industrial Exhibition Centre will commence on 30 April and conclude on 4 May.

“Ondangwa town council is proud to announce yet again an exciting, dynamic and influential trade exhibition,” she said.

“This event marks a significant milestone in our commitment to fostering innovation, collaboration and business growth within the corporate and business community. This is the 11th time council is hosting this annual exhibition.”

Knowledge sharing

Shitalangaho-Mutikisha said the exhibition is expected to bring together leading experts, industry pioneers and key stakeholders from and around the country.

“It will serve as a platform for networking, knowledge sharing and exploring emerging trends and technologies shaping the future of local economies,” she added.

She further said that attendees can anticipate an impactful experience featuring an exhibition hall showcasing the latest products, services and solutions-based technologies from top companies and start-ups.

“Networking opportunities designed to facilitate meaningful connections and partnerships. As hosts, we are excited and committed to ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all participants,” she said.

Ondangwa, situated in Oshana Region, is a strategic town that connects the roads to two other regions, Oshikoto and Ohangwena.
