Nkurenkuru butchery ransacked

Makuzugamantenda Butchery in Nkurenkuru in the Kavango West Region was robbed of items valued at over N$25 000 over the weekend.
According to the Namibian Police, an unknown number of suspects broke into the butchery and stole products worth N$26 196.
The suspect(s) gained entry into the butchery by breaking a window and cutting steel burglar bars, and made off with rump steak, boerewors, toffee sweets, bubblegum, dip, cheese, five-litre bottles of cooking oil and over N$3 000 in cash.
No arrests have been made, and none of the stolen items have been recovered. Police investigations continue.
