Kavango West woman struck by lightning

A 20-year-old woman, the mother of a one-week-old-baby, died after she was struck by lightning on Friday afternoon in the Kavango West Region's Bunya village. According to the police, Ndjamba Sara Nerumbu died instantly.

She was reportedly walking home from a water point with her sister, carrying buckets of water on their heads, when it happened.
