NIP, Napwu sign collective wage agreement
The Namibia Institute of Pathology (NIP) has announced the successful conclusion and signing of a collective wage agreement for the 2024/2025 financial year.
The agreement, finalised at the Namibia Public Workers Union (Napwu) head office, marks a significant milestone for NIP and its workforce.
According to the company, the agreement signifies its ongoing commitment to fostering a positive and collaborative relationship with its employees, recognising their valuable contributions to its mandate of providing high-quality medical laboratory services to the community to save lives.
“By ensuring fair and competitive compensation, we aim to uphold a supportive and rewarding work environment that empowers our team members to deliver exceptional care and service to our patients. We extend our sincere gratitude to the leadership of Napwu for their partnership and constructive engagement throughout the negotiation process.
