#JustIn: Boulter and PG in court today
The British billionaire and murder accused, Harvey Boutler, will appear in the High Court in Windhoek this afternoon for the case he brought against the Prosecutor General (PG), Martha Imalwa.
In the case, Boulter claims that Imalwa made the wrong decision to prosecute him on, among other things, a charge of murder. He demands that her decision be reviewed and set aside.
"The decision to prosecute the applicant [Boulter] was made on the assumption that he intentionally fired a shot that hit the deceased [Gerhard van Wyk]. There is no evidence in the file that he was responsible for any intentional act that led to the firing of a shot," the court documents state.
Today's appearance, which is expected to start around 15:00, is for case management only.
