JUST IN: Another failed court application for Menzies
Menzies Aviation Namibia's latest urgent application was dismissed this morning in the Windhoek High Court.
Menzies sought a court order that would allow it to return to the Hosea Kutako International Airport until the Namibian Airports Company (NAC) gives it notice to vacate the premises.
This after Paragon Investment Holdings, to whom the NAC awarded a tender for ground-handling services at the airport, took over services on 19 August, forcing Menzies to suspend its services and vacate the premises.
The application attempted to implement a court ruling delivered on 8 August while an appeal application is still pending.
