Fishrot trial resumes next week

Despite the fact that some of the Fishrot defendants - who are still without legal representation - requested that the trial be postponed to next year, Judge Moses Chinhengo yesterday morning ordered that it will resume on Monday.

The accused will continue to plead on the charges against them in the Windhoek High Court on 2 September. Proceedings will last until 6 September and again from 10 to 13 September.
