AS TRUMP IS SWORN IN: A migrant caravan departed from Tapachula in Mexico, hours before US President Donald Trump was set to assume office, heading toward the northern border with the United States. Trump said he will declare illegal immigration at the US-Mexico border a national emergency, send troops there and ramp up deportations of criminal offenders, outlining the crackdown in his inaugural address.
