WATCH: Dr Yvan Butera, Rwanda's health minister, spoke to Namibian Sun on the sidelines of the 2nd International Conference on Public Health in Africa (CPHIA) in Kigali, Rwanda, about the lessons African countries can learn from the Covid-19 pandemic to build resilient health systems.

The conference, hosted by the Africa CDC and African Union in partnership with the Rwanda health ministry, is bringing together around 5 000 participants and delegates from Africa and other continents.
