EVERY VACCINATION COUNTS
EVERY VACCINATION COUNTS: The health ministry kicked off a vaccination campaign in the Omaheke Region this week to bring immunisation services closer to communities. It will end on 9 August.
"This is your chance to secure your child's health and future. By getting routine vaccines, we can prevent serious illnesses and build a healthier community," the ministry said.
The goal of the vaccination campaign, with the support of the government of Japan, working through the World Health Organisation, is to strengthen immunisation programmes and increase awareness of the importance of every person’s need and right to be protected from vaccine-preventable diseases.
