GRABBING THE BULL BY THE HORN: Environment, forestry and tourism minister Pohamba Shifeta (extreme right) participated in a rhino-dehorning in the Etosha National Park recently. Dehorning rhinos is done not only to protect them against poachers, but also to prevent the animals from killing or injuring each other.
