Dundee supports schools in Tsumeb

Dundee Precious Metals on Monday donated furniture worth N$1 million to the Community Skills Development Foundation (Cosdef) centre in Tsumeb. The donation consists of 720 tables and 870 chairs, and will be distributed to 16 local schools.
Oshikoto Region director of education Aletta Eises thanked Dundee for its support. “When you invest in learners, you invest in the right people to improve this country. Dundee has always supported the education directorate in the region and we thank its leadership for funding our activities,” she said.
Dundee vice-chairperson Zebra Kasete said they were pleased to be able to support the learners, adding that they hope to employ some of them in the future. “We want to ensure that learners in Tsumeb receive quality education by improving their skills.”
