Man wanted for attempted murder

Police in the Kavango West Region are on the hunt for a man who stands accused of attempted murder after he threw another man out of a moving vehicle at Kauti village on Wednesday.

Chief inspector in the region Raimbert Muronga confirmed the incident, which took place at around 20:00.

According to him, the suspect grabbed the other man’s legs and threw him out of the vehicle while it was in motion.

“The victim broke his ribs and his right leg,” he said, adding that the man also sustained an injury to his ear, causing poor hearing.

Investigations continue.
