Although Fishrot accused Bernhardt Esau's legal representative, Florian Beukes, has informed the court that he still suffers from a throat infection, he is back at court today.

Therefore, the bail hearing for Esau and co-accused Nigel van Wyk will continue today. Esau is still on the witness stand, with state prosecutor Cliff Lutibezi leading his cross-examination.
