Frustrated Limbo quits IPC
NEWS IN SHORT
Martin Limbo, the acting general secretary of the Independent Patriots for Change (IPC) for the Katima Mulilo Rural Constituency, resigned from the party on Wednesday, citing leadership failures and unaddressed grievances.
In his resignation letter, Limbo expressed his frustration over the party's inability to address critical concerns raised following the IPC conference in September 2024, where party parliamentary candidates were elected.
Limbo, a former CEO of the Bukalo Village Council, accused the IPC leadership of neglecting important issues in the Zambezi Region. He claimed this neglect, combined with internal inconsistencies, has damaged the party’s credibility at the constituency level.
He said the unresolved issues and ongoing discrepancies within the Katima Mulilo Rural Constituency executive left him with no choice but to resign.
