Duo nabbed for toilet paper theft

The Oshikoto police last week arrested 49-year-old Tomas Isack, a cleaner at Onandjokwe Intermediate Hospital, along with his accomplice, 19-year-old Andreas Shifugula, for allegedly stealing 16 rolls of toilet paper valued at N$160 from the hospital. The duo appeared in the Ondangwa Magistrate’s Court on Monday this week, where they were both granted bail of N$1 500 each.
