Businesswoman robbed of over N$400 000

Four men armed with pistols and stones attacked a woman on Monday afternoon after she arrived at her home in Academia from her business, Jameela Trading Fruit & Veg, situated at Okuryangava Stop n' Shop business centre in Katutura. The robbers smashed her vehicle window, grabbed the key from the ignition and opened the boot, from where they grabbed a box containing N$407 000 in cash. An iPhone 12 Pro and a handbag containing documents were also stolen. The robbers used a white Toyota RunX, registration N197055W, as a getaway vehicle.
