Armed robbery foiled at fuel station

An attempted armed robbery unfolded early yesterday morning at around 04:00 at the Puma Service Station in Rehoboth, resulting in the arrest of four suspects.
The robbery was halted in its tracks by the swift response of the service station manager.
The robbers' plan fell apart when a security officer overheard one of them saying: “We must tie them up.”
Panicked by the quick intervention, the suspects abandoned their attempt but failed to flee the scene in time to avoid arrest.
Surveillance footage later confirmed that one of the suspects was armed. Law enforcement responded promptly, taking all four individuals into custody before they could execute the armed robbery.
