Armed robbers strike near Omaruru

Six men armed with pangas attacked and injured two men – aged 57 and 67 - and robbed them outside Omaruru on Monday.
According to Namibian Police warrant officer Anastasia Frans, the incident took place at about 22:30 at Camp Mara, 15 kilometres from the town.
"It is alleged victims work at [Camp Mara] and were found inside at the time of the robbery. The suspects stole N$4 000 in cash, a 9mm pistol, an FNB bank card, a Samsung cellphone and lots of South African coins and pennies.”
The total value of the items is N$30 000.
No arrests have been made. The police have urged the public to come forward with any information which may lead to the arrest of the suspects and/or the recovery of the stolen items.
