NamWater, MTC leverage modern tech for improved services
NamWater partnered with MTC this week to revolutionise the country’s water sector through advanced digital transformation, according to memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed this week.
The agreement aims to integrate cutting-edge technology into NamWater’s operations, modernising systems, enhancing customer experience and maximising stakeholder value, the organisations said in a statement.
Key initiatives under the partnership include digital payment solutions to streamline transactions, smart water metering infrastructure for real-time monitoring and usage efficiency, data analytics and management tools to improve decision-making and operational oversight, as well as smart internet connectivity and cloud computing to support cost-effective water resource management.
