Combining high-quality food with a modern twist, El Tigre opened its doors at its new location at the Hilltop Village in Kleine Kuppe last month. Founder Sathy Thambapilai said that it is the restaurant’s menu that makes it special. “We take inspiration from Central America as well as South and East Asia. We put a lot of effort and care into what we make. Every item on the menu is made from scratch in our kitchen,” he said. Opening times are from 11:00 to 21:00 from Monday to Saturday, and from 10:00 to 16:00 on Sunday.
