NUST Students Bash
The Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST) is hosting its welcoming bash tonight at The Loft in Windhoek. From 21:00 to 04:00, students can enjoy performances by popular local artists such as Gazza, Yeezir, Ms Gideon, The Rhythm and Chester House Prince. Tickets are N$30 for NUST students and N$50 for everyone else.
Night at The Theatre
For those inclined towards the performing arts, Night at The Theatre - presented by Connect Dance Studio - is a must-attend tonight. The event serves as a fundraiser to support the studio’s team in their upcoming participation at the IFAA international competition in Mauritius. The evening at Berg-Op Academy in Okahandja will feature performances by Vaughn Ahrens, Lize Visser and RickiG. Guests will be treated to a welcoming drink and canapés, with tickets available for N$200 via My Eticket.
Justice for Animals live show
A live show titled ‘Justice for Animals’ will take place at Nico's Pub & Grill in the capital tonight. Amapiano Festival
The Amapiano Festival promises to be a thrilling experience for fans of the popular music genre which originated in South Africa. The event - scheduled to take place at Dr Hage Geingob Stadium in Windhoek tomorrow, 13 April - will feature a stellar line-up including Kabza De Small, Jazziq, Kay Gee The Vibe, One Blood and Tate Buti. The festival aims to blend infectious dance energy with the passion of amapiano lovers, providing a fun atmosphere of good music, unmissable activities and a variety of beverages. Gates open at 12:00.
