My Nigga Get Rich drops double album
Impeccable work rate
In a groundbreaking move that has sent shockwaves through the music industry, Namibia's very own rap sensation My Nigga Get Rich has unleashed a double dose of artistry.
My Nigga Get Rich - whose real name is Paulus Ndjambi - today dropped not one, but two albums, solidifying his position as a formidable force in the local hip-hop scene.
The albums are titled 'All Eyes On Me' and 'Too Many Tears, Too Many Fears' and boast 10 songs each. These albums feature collaborations with local talents KP Illest, Tox 35, Michael Sydad and more.
To complement this momentous release, My Nigga Get Rich dropped three music videos. Fans countrywide will be treated to the vibrant visuals for 'All Eyes On Me,' 'King of The Jungle' and 'You Can't Dream'.
In an interview with tjil, My Nigga Get Rich shared that he has been receiving overwhelming requests from fans for new music.
“I am all about giving my fans what they want. They have been asking for new music and as a way of saying thank you for their support, my team and I decided to also drop three music videos,” he said.
Collectors' items
While the albums will be available on all major streaming platforms, My Nigga Get Rich also made it a point to cater to collectors and physical media enthusiasts.
“I know my fans want to have something they can physically hold onto, that is why we made it a point to also have physical copies available,” he said.
The artist's bold move comes at a crucial time for hip-hop, which has recently faced criticism for a lack of variety in hit songs and overall relevance. With his double album release and triple music video drop, My Nigga Get Rich has shattered expectations, proving that there is no shortage of artistic offerings within the genre.
As he continues to show off his impressive work ethic, the country will undoubtedly be keeping an eager eye on what this hip-hop star has in store next.
