Preparations are in full swing, with contestants undergoing various training sessions and activities to prepare for the final event. Great progress has also been made on the preparation of the venue where the event will be held," she said.

Spotlighting Namibia

This year's pageant aims to bring the pageant to different parts of the country, showcasing Namibia's diverse culture and captivating beauty. Boois-Beukes highlighted the significant benefits for Lüderitz, noting that the event will bring substantial short-term economic gains and contribute to long-term tourism growth and development in the town. "Apart from the economic benefits, hosting the event here also provides an opportunity to highlight the history of the town while capturing its captivating beauty and diverse culture," she added.

Hosting the national event is expected to foster a sense of pride and unity among residents and citizens at large. The Miss Namibia Organisation and NBC believe this year's pageant will be a milestone in promoting Namibia's cultural heritage and natural splendour.
