JUST IN: Groot Aub water problems under scrutiny

The minister of agriculture, water and land reform, Calle Schlettwein, and urban and rural development minister Erastus Uutoni visited the Groot Aub settlement today to study the community's water woes. They were accompanied by Khomas regional governor, Laura MacLeod-Katjirua, and Windhoek mayor Joseph Uapingena. Video Jemima Beukes
