Oranjemund recycles

The Oranjemund municipality has released its collective recycling figures for the total weight recycled this year. This was also the first year they included e-waste in their recycling programme. The total recycled for 2021 was 3.2 tonnes, and the total recycled for 2022 thus far, excluding December, is 3.3 tonnes. "These are all the different locations where you can find a recycling centre in town - OMD 2030, Oranjemund Private School, and Ambrosius Amutenya Primary School. During the holiday period, you can drop off your recycling at the OMD 2030 Hub," the municipality said. ELIZABETH JOSEPH
