Man drowns after losing control of car

A 53-year-old man drowned over the weekend.
According to the Namibian Police, while driving on dunes, Sem Wratten lost control of his vehicle, which then rolled into the ocean.
"This was in the area of Sandwich Harbour, kilometres south of Walvis Bay.”
