Namibian architects celebrate excellence

The Namibia Institute of Architects hosted its prestigious merit awards ceremony on Friday evening at Droombos in Windhoek to honour outstanding architectural achievements. Out of 27 submissions, 15 projects were recognised for their innovation and creativity. Renowned architects from South Africa, including Professor Ora Joubert, Pieter Mathews,and Andrew Palframan, served as judges, lending their expertise to the selection process. The event marked the first merit awards since 2017.
